We are seeking a reliable and organised Sales Administrator to support logistics and client care in the business. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of transport, deliveries, stock movements, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator 

  •         Process and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes, and transport records.
  •         Coordinate and schedule deliveries, collections, and shipments.
  •         Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and customers regarding logistics activities.
  •         Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  •         Monitor shipment progress and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
  •         Handle incoming calls and emails relating to logistics operations
  •         Manage post-delivery client care for international customers.
  •         Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and after-sales requests.
  •         Resolve product, delivery, and service-related issues efficiently.
  •         Coordinate returns, replacements.
  •         Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the after-sales process.
  •         Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
  •         Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  •         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.

 

Skills and Experience for the Sales Administrator 

Essential:

  •         Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  •         Strong organisational and time management skills.
  •         Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  •         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  •         Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  •         Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
