Invigorate Recruitment is working with a world leader in it’s engineering field and are looking for a motivated, technically minded French speaking engineer to join their Distributor Support Team.

Based within their Harrogate headquarters, with frequent travel across Europe and Africa, this is a unique opportunity to work internationally, supporting their global distribution network, and gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll become a key technical link between the business and their Distributors—helping them succeed while developing your own expertise.

You will:

•         Provide front-line technical support to their Distributor network
•         Deliver on-site product and application training
•         Support field applications and problem-solving on real industrial sites
•         Identify skill gaps and create training strategies to help Distributors grow
•         Deliver technical presentations and support in-house training events
•         Train new Distributors as the network continues to expand
•         This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on engineering, technical communication, and international collaboration who is fluent in French.

What we’re looking for

•         A recognised qualification in an engineering/technical related discipline
•         Strong team player with a proactive attitude
•         Confident presenter with excellent communication skills
•         Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
•         Analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
•         Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers
•         Fluent in French and English, with excellent spoken and written communication ability
