Account Manager
Location: Head Office – Wetherby
Salary: Competitive + Performance Bonus
Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client a global leader in design and manufacturing of a luxury product.
They operate at the premium end of the market, delivering large-scale projects across luxury hotels, cruise ships, resorts, and high-end leisure environments.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented Account Manager to join their internal team in Wetherby.
This is a high-impact role at the centre of their sales engine — managing inbound enquiries, supporting a global network of external sales representatives, and converting opportunities into revenue.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotes for existing enquiries
- Turning enquiries into profitable sales
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on product and design solutions
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative B2B sales environment and enjoys combining relationship management with commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, website, rep-generated)
- Convert enquiries into orders through structured quoting, follow-up and consultative selling
- Actively manage pipeline to improve quote-to-order conversion rates
- Account Management - Build strong relationships
- Support key accounts alongside external reps
- Upselling (higher-spec products)
- Cross-selling (additional ranges / products)
- Repeat business
- Produce accurate, timely, and commercially competitive quotations
- Manage projects from enquiry through to order placement
- Coordinate internally with: Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics
- Work closely with external sales reps (primarily US and global markets)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Support wider commercial initiatives and projects
Key Requirements
Experience
- Experience in sales, sales support, or customer-facing role
- B2B experience preferred
- Experience in hospitality, furniture, interiors, or manufacturing is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Technical Skills
- CRM system experience (essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
