Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their prestigious clinic within London

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The sales support role will report directly to the Regional Sales Leader as a purely admin based assistance.

The role will include the following duties:

Resource Management - devising rota's, ensuring room allocation is sufficient and correct, managing annual leave and sickness to ensure there is enough cover always.

Recruitment - to assist the Regional Sales Leader with recruitment planning and the process with any new starters.

Sales - collating information and data into reports for the RSL, then feeding out and relaying to the team of PC's from the reports all feedback.

HR - assist in collating information in preparation for PC 121's, appraisal's etc and taking minutes in required team meetings.

This would be a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week. Flexibility is required as it will include some evening and weekend shifts.
