We currently have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join our company as a Marketing Manager working within our marketing team at our Head Office in Leeds.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for the general marketing, promotional and PR requirements of the group, while managing and developing a small marketing team (Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Assistant).
Duties / Responsibilities:
In this role you will create and manage the marketing plans and corresponding budgets across the group to include the 3 divisional areas of the business and from a group marketing perspective. You will provide marketing and promotional support for the company’s customers, key accounts and distributors, nationally and internationally.
This will involve, but is not limited to:
·Developing technical and promotional materials for products and services, and leading promotional elements of new product launches.
·Developing communication and promotional tools with all distributors/key accounts to enable them to effectively market and promote products to their clients.
·Supporting all distributors/key accounts in their national trade shows to ensure that the products are given maximum visibility.
·Organising and attending UK and overseas trade conferences and key client visits where necessary.
·Being the brand champion by ensuring adherences to the group brand guidelines company-wide.
·Developing the communications strategy to produce regular content suitable for both internal and external audiences via online and offline channels.
·Managing the marketing budget and reporting on expenditure as necessary in line with business objectives.
·Liaising with other managers and their teams as required to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and that communications to customers are managed in a professional and proactive manner.
·Demonstrating excellent customer service, presentation and commercial skills at an operating and management level.
You will need to be educated to degree standard in Marketing, Communications or a related field. You will also need to be able to demonstrate experience with Adobe Creative suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop. An excellent eye for detail and strong organisational skills are vital for this role.
·Educated to Degree standard in Marketing, Communications or related field. (CIM preferred).
·Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop especially) and MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
·Excellent customer services, presentation and commercial skill sat an operating and management level.
·Capability to understand the range of products within the full product portfolio across the Group from technical, clinical and end user perspectives.
