Contract – 3 months

Broughton - Skipton

Salary:  £16k pa

 

Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Administrator on an initial 3 month contract for a well-established organisation based near Skipton who supply both within the UK and Internationally.

The successful applicant will be working within a small team of Customer Service Advisors assisting customers with general enquiries and administration daily.

Duties:

  •                   Deal with all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  •                   Responding to delivery enquiries
  •                   Processing orders
  •                   Maintaining the business database
  •                   Contact customers to obtain feedback on service and product
  •                   Deal with responding to all consumer enquiries
  •                   Carry out all general administrative tasks

Skills:

  •                   Fantastic customer service skills
  •                   Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
  •                   Good team player
  •                   Willingness to take on extra responsibilities as and when required

 

This is a fulltime permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm

Initial 3 month contract could be extended

Start Salary:  £16 k pa
