We are looking to recruit an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to support a finance team in providing an effective accounts processing service for an established business based in Wetherby

The Part Time Accounts Assistant will involve supporting the finance team, in maintaining and developing an effective accounting process.

Key Responsibilities :

  •          Processing sales orders
  •          Raising invoices and credits
  •          Processing purchase orders/invoices/expense claims/credits/payments, including cheque, BACS and credit card payments
  •          Maintaining customer and supplier records
  •          Credit control
  •          Reconciliations of bank, sales ledger and purchase ledger
  •          Preparing and maintaining spreadsheet analyses
  •          General Administration and file management of financial information
  •          Dealing with accounts enquiries

Skills Required:

  •          Previous experience of working in a similar role
  •          A working knowledge of Excel
  •          Experience of using an accounts software
  •          Excellent communication skills
  •          A “can do “ attitude
